Alexis – Yeah, it does seem as if the door slam is committed more frequently by them no good fer-ners. Also, businessmen, executive types, are often the culprits. There must be a common, self-centric attitude at work.

Bunny – Thanks for the link. I've seen a few of Coco's Skyway posts already. Brilliant idea.

EB – Are you *still* in Brooklyn? Well, no hurry now I guess. Only batshit crazy people move to MN during the winter.

Eileen – Like getting decent food in Italy, I've realized that walking through the Skyway with minimal aggravation is all about timing. Avoid the beginning and end of business days and lunch hours. Especially if you're carrying something heavy, like a case of cider. After that, you just have to breath deeply and repeated a calming mantra to keep down the Rage.

Friend Susan from NYC seconds Escape's comments... as I second yours. I don't haunt the skyways any more, but in my Working Downtown days, the skyways were definitely a mixed blessing to travel in!

hear, hear!!

You'll never stop the crazy people.

What is with the people who don't hold doors open? I don't get it; it's more than common courtesy, it's just... what you do. Though I've noticed that most of the people allowing the door to fall back in my face are non-nationals. Your observations on this?
