Eileen – Like getting decent food in Italy, I've realized that walking through the Skyway with minimal aggravation is all about timing. Avoid the beginning and end of business days and lunch hours. Especially if you're carrying something heavy, like a case of cider. After that, you just have to breath deeply and repeated a calming mantra to keep down the Rage.
